Whole House Makeover

Unfortunately this Client’s home flooded. In his words he was going to make lemonade out of lemons. The results of his desire are below. He also likes innovation and thinking outside the box. We hit it off wonderfully. To his delight we were able to create toe kick drawers in the master bathroom for storage, drawers inside drawers to double storage and a few other tricks you will see below. You will also see the 3D drawings we created before the job started.

View of kitchen from the dinette
3D drawing from same perspective. as you can see minor tweaks to heights were made during the actual construction, at the clients request.
Wet bar area includes sink, beverage fridge and freestanding ice-maker with matching door to match cabinets just right of the sink cabinet.
3D rendering of above. 3D drawings give us an opportunity to connect with the clients expectations and avoid surprises after construction begins.
Main cooking area. Also you can see we adhered to the workflow triangle principle in the design and implementation of this kitchen.
If you like the drawings we provide you will love the end result.
From her you can see the laundry room area that is in the kitchen. Client wanted this are to “go away, when not in use” we hid it well.
The washer and dryer are in this cabinet. They are enclosed with flipper style doors. When opened the doors open up and push into the cabinet so they are not in the way. The counter top is made of hard maple and the client stained it himself.
The wall on the left is shared with the master closet and we took advantage of the location. We made pullout hampers to contain the used clothing and doors over those that allow you to hang clothes directly into the closet, from the laundry area.
Good view for the maple counter tops
To make it easier to add laundry detergents we made a seam in the counter top and used hidden hinges to make the counter top lip back for full access to the detergent and bleach areas.
Cabinet built to separate the dining and living rooms. Like all other cabinets in this home we used panels for a custom look and feel.
Dry bar located under the stairs with wine fridge and bottle storage. Every inch of this house was utilized.
View as you enter the front door
Good view of wet bar with built in fridge and ice maker.
Coffee bar with wall mounted coffee maker and ample space for hot tea packets in drawers and cabinets above
Drawers inside of drawers. Perfect for jewelry, watches, socks or intimates
