Privacy Policy
Last updated October 1, 2026.
Shelton Custom Interiors (“we”) builds custom cabinets and does kitchen and bath work in Spring, Klein, The Woodlands, and nearby. This page says what we collect on sheltoncustominteriors.com and what we do with it.
This is not a law-firm policy. If you have a specific question, call or text (832) 534-2119 or email mark@sheltoncustominteriors.com.
What you send us
If you call, text, email, or use the contact form or pre-meeting form, we get what you type: name, phone, email, project notes, and photos if you attach them. We use that to answer you and to schedule or price a job. We do not sell that information.
Site measurement
The site uses Google Site Kit. That loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-81T7MSYL9V) so we can see which pages get visits and which off-site posts send people here (Instagram, Nextdoor, Craigslist, and so on). Google Ads conversion tags run on the contact page so we can tell if an ad led to a form or a call. We do not run a Meta (Facebook) pixel.
Google may set cookies or similar storage and receive your IP address, browser, and pages viewed. Their terms are at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not use a “Reject all” cookie banner. If you don’t want Analytics, use your browser’s block-third-party-cookies setting or a content blocker.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell personal information. We don’t buy email lists. We don’t share form submissions with other contractors. A host (Bluehost), email, and Google may process data because that’s how the site and the ads run.
How long we keep it
Job emails and form notes stay as long as we need them for the job, warranty questions, or taxes. Analytics is kept on Google’s normal retention for that property.
Your choices
Email mark@sheltoncustominteriors.com if you want a copy of what you sent us, or if you want us to delete a form submission we don’t still need for a job. We can’t delete data Google already has in Analytics; you can opt out of Google’s ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.
Changes
If we add a pixel or a new form, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
