Paint-grade means built to be painted. The rate is unpainted. Paint is separate, whether we do it or you hire a painter.
Linear feet: each upper run and each lower run count. A 10’ wall with uppers and lowers is 20 LF, not 10.
Demo and haul-off are not in the $250. Priced on site.
If someone quoted you $500 a foot, unpainted
You’ll see $500 per linear foot, unpainted, on a normal run of uppers or lowers. That is not our wall rate.
Our paint-grade unpainted wall rate is $250/LF. We use $500/LF when the box is a deep island — you’re buying width, not a marked-up 12″ upper.
