Full guest bathroom remodel in The Woodlands: we demoed the old tub/shower combo, floor, vanity, countertop, sink, and faucet, then built a more functional space with a deep soaking tub and shower, large-format tile, custom cabinetry, and new LVP flooring.
Only finished photos for this one — the results speak for themselves.

What Came Out
- Tub/shower combination
- Old flooring
- Vanity cabinets
- Countertop, sink, and faucet
What Went In
Deep soaking tub with shower
Replaced the basic combo unit with a deep soaking tub and shower so guests get a real bath experience, not just a tight stall.
Large-format 24×24 tile
We used 24×24 tile in the wet area. On the walls, the tile follows the line of the angled ceiling — a clean detail that makes the space feel intentional instead of pieced together.
Shower niche
A recessed niche was added for bottles and soap so nothing sits on the tub edge.
Custom vanity with countertop cabinet
New custom base cabinet, plus a cabinet that sits on the countertop and includes electrical inside — useful for a guest bath where people need a place to plug in without cluttering the counter. New countertop, sink, and faucet completed the vanity.
Luxury vinyl plank flooring
New LVP throughout for a durable, waterproof-friendly floor that still looks finished and residential.

Why This Layout Works for a Guest Bath
Guest baths get hard use and need to feel simple and clean. The deep tub/shower, big tile, niche, and custom vanity with built-in power cover the practical needs without making the room feel crowded.
