Custom Bathroom Vanities in Spring, TX, Klein & The Woodlands
A custom vanity is a short run of base cabinets built to your bathroom, not a 60-inch box from a catalog with filler strips on both ends. We build them in Klein and install them in Spring, Klein, and The Woodlands. This page shows how we price one, in the same terms we use for kitchen cabinets.
Call or text (832) 534-2119. No charge to measure. No minimum linear footage.

Based at 7606 Fountaingrove Lane in Klein. Whole-bath numbers are on the bathroom remodel cost guide. If the shower is the real problem, see the master bath and shower remodel page.
How we price a custom vanity
To us a vanity is a lowers run. It gets priced like any other base cabinet: linear feet of box, plus drawers, plus finished end panels where you can see the side. Same $250 a foot as any lowers run, same $150 a drawer. The rate is paint-grade and unpainted, the same as on our custom cabinet cost page.
| Piece | What it is | 2026 rate (unpainted) |
|---|---|---|
| Vanity box (lowers run) | Birch box, maple face frame, doors, 3D drawing, build, install. Soft-close European hinges, full-extension soft-close slides. | $250 per linear foot |
| Drawer | Box + front | $150 each |
| End panel | Finished side so you don’t see the box | Starts at $175 |
| Blum undermount slides | Upgrade from the included slides | Priced on the job |
| Stain-grade | Species and finish | Call. No number on this page. |
| Top, sink, faucet, plumbing | Not cabinet work | Separate |
| Demo and haul-off of the old vanity | Taking out what’s there | Priced on site |
Worked example: 72″ vanity with a linen tower
A 72-inch vanity base with a 2-foot linen tower and six drawers comes to $3,400 installed, unpainted.

| Piece | Math | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Vanity base | 6 LF × $250 | $1,500 |
| Linen tower | 2 ft × $500 | $1,000 |
| Drawers | 6 × $150 | $900 |
| Total, installed, unpainted | $3,400 |
The top, sink, and paint are extra.

Tops, sinks, faucets, and plumbing are separate. They are not in the $250. You have three ways to handle them: do it yourself, hire it out, or have us bring in our people and handle the top and sink as a package with the vanity.
Example vanity math (boxes only, not a quote)
These use the published rates: $250 a foot, $150 a drawer, and end panels at the $175 starting price. They are unpainted and leave out the top, sink, plumbing, and demo.
| Vanity | Linear feet + drawers + end panels | Boxes from |
|---|---|---|
| 30″ powder or guest single | 2.5 LF + 2 drawers + 1 end panel | $1,100 |
| 36″ guest single | 3 LF + 3 drawers + 2 end panels | $1,550 |
| 60″ single or tight double | 5 LF + 4 drawers + 2 end panels | $2,200 |
| 72″ double | 6 LF + 6 drawers + 2 end panels | $2,750 |
| 96″ primary double with makeup drawers | 8 LF + 9 drawers + 2 end panels | $3,700 |
Most vanities aren’t just a box with a sink. Drawers cut to clear the trap, a makeup knee-space, or a linen tower to the ceiling are what make it custom. Each drawer adds $150. A linen tower beside the vanity usually lands around $500 per foot.

Paint and stain
Paint-grade means the vanity is built to be painted. The rate is unpainted. Paint is separate, whether we do it or you hire a painter. Paint and finish pricing varies a lot with the finish, the door style, and the room, so we price it on your job.

Stain-grade starts with the wood species, so there is no number on this page. Call and we’ll talk it through.
Custom vs stock vs semi-custom vanities
A stock vanity comes from a size chart, and the installer fills the gaps. Semi-custom gives you more door styles on the same idea. Custom is built to the opening, the plumbing, and how you use the room. That means no filler strip on a 61-inch wall, drawers that work around the trap, and a double bowl only if the wall really has room for it.
Stock is fine for a rental or a short hold. If you’re keeping the house, the vanity is the piece you use every morning.

Vanity-only or the whole bath
We love vanity-only jobs. One good vanity can change how a bathroom works every morning, and it’s some of our favorite work. We design it, build it, and install it, and you handle tile and the rest. Or we can run the whole bathroom. You get the same vanity either way. If the vanity is going in because the shower leaked, start with the master bath and shower remodel page. If you want more storage than the vanity can hold, see our bathroom storage cabinet.

How a vanity job runs
We measure, draw it in 3D, and you sign off on the drawing before we cut anything. Then we build it in the shop and install it. Soft-close European hinges and full-extension soft-close slides are included, and Blum undermount slides are an upgrade priced on the job.
Lead time is usually about 2 to 3 weeks from sign-off to install.

Ready to measure
Text a photo of the wall and the current vanity to (832) 534-2119, with a rough width if you have one. From that we can usually tell you the box price before anyone drives out. Ready to meet? Fill out the pre-meeting form and we’ll set a time. More of our work is on our projects page.
