They can show a room like yours

They draw it before they demo

3D first. Heights, the island, where the fridge lands. You should see the plan before anyone rips out a box.

That’s how we run it. Same drawing, same doorway, then the room.

The number is written down

Ask for a breakdown: boxes, drawers, ends, paint, what isn’t included. “We’ll see once we’re in there” is not a bid.

One crew, or a stack of subs

Who builds the boxes? Who hangs them? Who is there when the tile guy and the plumber overlap?

We’re a Klein shop. We measure, draw, build, and install. Spring, Klein, and The Woodlands are normal work. If the job is cabinets only, we do that. If it’s the whole kitchen, we run it as one job.

They answer the phone

You’ll have questions at 7pm when the old vanity is in the driveway. If they disappear after the deposit, that’s the job.

What to skip

• A bid with no drawings
• “We can start Monday” with no shop and no photos
• Pressure to sign same day
• A showroom catalog forced into a wall that was never that width
