What a bathroom remodel includes

On a typical bath we take the room down to what has to stay and build it back.

• Custom vanity built to the wall, the plumbing, and how you actually use the room
• Shower rebuild or tub replacement
• Real waterproofing — not paint-on hope over a failed pan
• Tile, flooring, fixtures, lighting, and glass as the job needs them
• One schedule so you are not coordinating a tile guy, a plumber, and a cabinet shop

This is not a vanity drop-off. If you only need a vanity and the rest of the room is fine, say so. If the shower is the problem, we start there.

Who this is a good fit for

Homeowners in Spring, Klein, The Woodlands, and nearby whose bath is dated, leaking, or too small to use — and whose house does not need to be torn down to fix it.

A lot of these rooms sit on a slab. Moving a toilet or a shower drain is a different job than replacing a vanity and rebuilding the shower on the same footprint. We will tell you which one you have before anyone opens the floor.

Master bath vs hall bath

Hall or guest bath — usually a vanity, a shower or tub/shower, floor, and fixtures. The room is small. The vanity has to earn every inch. See a finished guest bath in The Woodlands.

Primary bath — often a shower rebuild, a real vanity (drawers that clear the trap, storage that hits the ceiling), and more tile. If a shower has already leaked into the room below, the next one has to be built so that does not happen again.

On a master shower in Spring the leak had dropped the garage ceiling. The shower came out, the framing was repaired, the shower was double-waterproofed, and the new tile went on after that — not before.

Custom vanities

Stock vanities are a box from a catalog. On an odd wall you get a filler strip and a drawer that hits the trap.

We build the vanity to the opening.

• Height and storage that match how you use the room
• Hardware selected with the rest of the bath, not ordered later off a screen
• Installed with the remodel so the counter, sink, and electrical land clean

If the bath only needs a vanity, we can do that. If the shower is failing, a new vanity on a wet floor is not the fix.

Showers and waterproofing

Houston humidity and slab houses are unkind to a cheap pan.

A shower remodel here usually means a new pan, a waterproofing system, tile, and glass. Paint-on coating over a failed surround is how the last leak started.

We do not treat waterproofing as an upgrade. If the shower failed once, the next one is built so water stays in the shower.

How the process works

• Send photos or call (832) 534-2119. We can often tell from photos whether this is a vanity, a shower, or a full room.
• We walk the bath, check for leaks, and look at what has to stay.
• You get a plan and an estimate before demo.
• The vanity is built to the design. Trades are scheduled around that.
• We install, waterproof, tile, and punch the list.

A focused hall bath is usually weeks, not months. A primary bath with a shower rebuild depends on tile, glass, and whether anything in the slab has to move.

Honest limits

• We do not list a bath price on this page. A vanity swap and a shower that ate the ceiling are different jobs.
• We will not put a new vanity on a shower that is still leaking.
• If the layout should stay, we will say so. Moving drains on a slab is a decision, not a default.
• If you need the kitchen done at the same time, that is a home remodel, not a bath-only page.
